Paul Russmann
Stuttgart, 1955, has a diploma in theology, bank clerk, member of Ethical Shareholders’ board from 1995 till 2000 and since 2004. Executive secretary of Ohne Rüstung Leben e.V. (ORL), spokesman of Ethical Sharholders Daimler (KAD)

Bernd Moritz
Hamburg, born 1962, diploma in physics, computer programmer, member of Ethical Shareholders’ board since 2001. Member of board of ‚Förderkreis Rettet die Elbe.’

The general meeting confirmed the board, consisting of the three members, on 2009-09-11. Bernhard Scholer, Hamburg, was elected again as revisor.
According to the statute of the Ethical Shareholders the board could consist of up to four women and four men, altogether eight persons.

Markus Dufner
Köln, born 1961, executive secretary of Ethical Shareholders since September 2006; Master’s degree in History and Political Science, skilled journalist. From 1998 till 2002 advisor of press and public relations at the aid agency CARE Germany and at InWEnt.

Antje Kleine-Wiskott
Köln, born 1976, freelancer for the Ethical Shareholders since Feburary 2007; Master’s degree in Romance Languages and Ecological Economics; she is involved in several environmental NGOs.

Nathalie Caesar
Köln, born 1978, freelancer for the Ethical Shareholders since June 2007. Master’s degree in Political Science and Development Cooperation. She also works as a freelance interpreter and journalist.
