Claudia Fatzkämper studied Latin American regional studies. She first came into contact with the Association of Ethical Shareholders Germany at a Deutsche Bank Annual General Meeting in 2005. She has been a volunteer member of the board since December 2025. Her main job is at Campact.
Jens Hilgenberg
Graduate political scientist and sociologist. Head of Transport Policy at Friends of the Earth Germany (BUND). Since 2016 member of the Council of Agora Verkehrswende.

Christian Russau
Political scientist, author, campaigner and freelancer at Research and Documentation Center Chile-Latin America (FDCL) and member of Cooperation Brazil (KoBra). As a journalist and author, he writes mainly for Lateinamerika Nachrichten and others.
Ulf Georgiew
Before his election to the board in September 2023, Ulf Georgiew volunteered for the umbrella organization and attended general meetings of Europe’s largest copper producer, Aurubis AG. Thanks to numerous stays in Bulgaria, he is very familiar with the conditions at the Aurubis site in Pirdop. Ulf Georgiew is the long-standing first chairman of the German-Bulgarian parents’ initiative “Jan Bibijan” e.V. (Münster).
Stefan O.J. Klein
Lawyer and tax consultant. After several years as a cash auditor for Ethical Shareholders, he was elected to the board in September 2015.
